TRIPHALA POWDER:

Triphala is made up of 3 super ingredients which are Amla, Haritaki, and Bibhitika.First thing which you have to do is consuming Triphala powder in warm water after waking up. Triphala powder just works as an antidote for acne and pimples each of the three ingredients present in this powder has a specific role to play, Amla being extremely rich in vitamin c, natural blood purifier, rich in collagen, removes dead skin cells and is a liver tonic. Haritaki is antioxidative, antibacterial, skin superfood, detoxifier and immunity booster. Bibhitaki is anti inflammatory, anti allergic, exfoliative, shields the skin, cleans intestines and reduces body heat. The combination of these three herbs is more effective than any other medicine available in the market. You should take half tea spoon of Triphala powder in 100ml warm water, you should take it in a mud pot and make sure not to eat anything for 30 minutes after consuming the water.

WHITE SANDALWOOD:

If there is one herb that is most soothing in acne it is white sandalwood due its properties like it is anti bacterial, detoxifying, cooling, soothing and anti inflammatory. Sandalwood paste when applied to skin attacks the toxic accumulations calming the internal layers of the skin almost instantly. We should understand that just like our mouth our skin also etas through its small pores and using the face washes or creams which have toxic chemicals in them will only worsen the condition so make sure not to use any toxic product while following this routine. You can follow a very simple face cleansing routine- if you have dry skin take some cool milk and if you have oily skin take some pure rose water, dip cotton in any of the following according to your skin type and gently clean your face for 2 mins. This is the last step of your routine and you have to follow this routine 2 hours after dinner and and 30 mins before going to sleep. All you have to do is take one teaspoon of Shatavari powder and mix it in 250 ml milk and if you do not drink milk you can consume it with water as well Shatavari is considered as the most powerful hormonal balancing herb, it also increases immunity, cleanses blood, reduces body heat, protects collagen and is an anti aging food.
